Exchanges, Not Refunds At ELLEA Lingerie, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in what you wear. If your purchase does not fit properly, we offer an exchange instead of a refund. Easy Exchanges Within 3 Days We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery, for both Dhaka and outside Dhaka orders. If the size or fit is not right, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with finding a suitable size. What Qualifies for Exchange The following conditions must be met:•Bras, bralettes, and other eligible non-panty products can be exchanged.•The product must be unused and unworn.•The product must be in its original condition.•Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.•The product must not be washed, damaged, stained, or altered. We recommend trying the bra once over your clothing to check the fit before removing tags or using the product. What Cannot Be Exchanged For hygiene reasons:•Panties and underwear are not exchangeable.•Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, or show signs of use cannot be exchanged.•Products without their original tags or packaging may not be eligible for exchange. How to Request an Exchange Step 1: Contact us within 3 days of delivery through our official page/WhatsApp. Step 2: Provide your order number and details of the size or fit issue. Step 3: Our team will guide you through the exchange process. Exchange Delivery Charge For size or fit-related exchanges, the applicable delivery charge will be paid by the customer. The delivery charge may vary depending on the delivery location. Damaged or Incorrect Products If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. In such cases, ELLEA Lingerie will arrange the replacement and cover the applicable delivery charge. Refund Policy ELLEA Lingerie follows an exchange-only policy for eligible products. We do not offer refunds for size, fit, or change-of-mind requests. Our goal is to help you find the right fit rather than leave you with a product that doesn’t work for you. Important Note Please check your product and fit as soon as you receive your order. Exchange requests must be communicated within 3 days of delivery.
